alamarBlue^® 阿爾瑪藍（細胞增殖及毒性檢測試劑）

基本描述：

阿爾瑪藍（Alamar Blue）是一種細胞增殖檢測試劑，對各種人和哺乳動物細胞、細菌和真菌提供一種快速和敏感的細胞增殖和毒性檢測方法。

阿爾瑪藍（Alamar Blue）是一種基于刃天青（resazurin）的檢測試劑。刃天青作為一種一種氧化還原（REDOX）指示劑，根據細胞代謝還原情況發生顏色變化。氧化態的刃天青呈紫藍色且基本無熒光，其還原態產物試鹵靈（resorufin）轉變為粉紅色且高度熒光，產生的熒光強度與呼吸活細胞數量呈正比。通過檢測呼吸過程中氧化水平，阿爾瑪藍用作一種定量檢測細胞活力和毒性的直接指示劑。阿爾瑪藍的顏色變化可通過普通分光光度計檢測吸光度變化，檢測波長為570nm，參考波長為600nm；阿爾瑪藍的熒光變化可通過熒光光度計檢測，激發波長在530~560nm之間，發射波長為590nm。

檢測原理：（細胞增殖實驗 Cell proliferation assay））

※ 生長中細胞引起Alamar Blue的化學還原反應；

※ 持續性細胞生長維持還原環境，使得Alamar Blue呈紅色，發強熒光；

※ 生長受抑制維持氧化環境，使得Alamar Blue呈藍色，無熒光；

※ 使用基于熒光或吸光值檢測的儀器收集數據；

※ 熒光檢測的激發波長為530~560nm之間，發射波長為590nm；

※ 吸光值檢測的波長為570nm，參考波長為600nm；

保存方法：

室溫12個月穩定，2-8°C保存20個月穩定；避光保存；
